I have been interested in art for many years and I painted my pictures at home. My inspiration comes from my father who was local painter and mother was a keen gardener.

 

My previous paintings are mostly self-expression. Still oil painting, water colour and also mixed media was my daily activity. I enjoy reading books and magazines about the artists like Claude Monet, Sisley and British painters, the Books of Cats and Medieval Flower. Also, I enjoyed visiting museums and local theatres.

 

I'm retired now and I decided to join the Leicester Art Zone to further explore painting with acrylics and trying to better my perspective.
